2007 Hyundai Sonata: Everyday performance at an affordable price tag
The Hyundai Sonata is the smaller of Hyundai's two midsize sedans and is available in GLS, SE, and Limited trims. The GLS is equipped with a 4-cyl engine that makes 162-hp. The SE and Limited models get a 235-hp V6. The GLS has a 5-speed manual transmission or 4-speed automatic, while the SE and Limited use a 5-speed automatic only. ABS, traction control, front side airbags and curtain side airbags are standard. The Limited model includes standard automatic climate control and leather upholstery with heated front seats.
The cabin is simple and comfortable, covered by soft padded surfaces. The dash incorporates white-on-black gauges and easily accessible controls.
